Bosch TGA Vietnam was established in 2013 at the Bosch Power Solutions Plant in Dong Nai. The program follows the framework of the German Industry & Commerce in Vietnam (GIC/AHK-VN) - The Representative of The Association of German Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Vietnam - and in cooperation with LILAMA2 International Technology College (LILAMA2). Bosch TGA Vietnam started with 24 apprentices with the training field of Industrial Mechanics, in 2016 the major Mechatronics was added. From 2020, Bosch TGA Vietnam offer fully Mechatronics major to align with the location's strategic development. As of 2023, there were 11 generations with 258 apprentices enrolled, 178 apprentices graduated and 95% graduated trainees continue to work at Bosch Vietnam.
Training program
The standard training program is three and a half years. During their studies, apprentices are exposed to 25% of theoretical studies at state-owned LILAMA2, and 75% of practical training at Bosch TGA with access to the plant's modern manufacturing equipment and machinery.

Admission Process

2. Bosch TGA will respond to guide you on the documents you need to prepare.3. Scan and submit application to email address: apprenticeship.hcp@vn.bosch.com.
4. If eligible, candidates will receive notice of IQ and EQ test schedule. 5. If the candidate pass the IQ and EQ tests, they will receive a face-to-face interview appointment. 6. Candidates receive notification of admission or a thank you letter for applying to the program.
Frequently asked questions
If I'm studying at a College/University, do I have to apply from the beginning?
Candidates who are studying at Colleges/University will still have to apply for admission according to the same process as other applicants
Are there age and gender restrictions for participating in the program?
Students from 20 years old and below can apply for the program (eg, if you apply for 2022 academic year, you might graduate from high school at 2022, 2021,2020). Both male and female candidates can apply for the program.
How many points can I get into the program?
Candidates will be selected based on appropriate crieria for engineering industry and benchmarks will be defined by year. In order to achieve your opportunity, interested candidates please do not hesitate to apply.
If I can't answer in English at the interview round, is there any chance of being accepted?
The interview is conducted in Vietnamese, but there is also a short test for the candidate's English level. Knowing English is a plus. In addition, when studying at TGA, you have the chance to learn English completely free of charge.
What soft skills will be trained in the TGA program?
In addition to professional training, TGA trainees have opportunity to obtain other skills including:
- Foreign language: English
- Soft skills: presentation skill, communication skill, time management skill, project management skill...
- Other skills required by the plant.
If the job opportunity at Bosch company after gradutaion is high? And in what departments?
Upon completion of the program, students will have the opportunity to work at Bosch Long Thanh (HcP) if departments have recruitment needs and if the candidate passes the interview rounds.TGA apprentices have chance to work in diferent departments and mainly in production, maintenance, quality,...

About TGA
TGA (Technical Industrial Apprenticeship) is a dual vocational training program following German standard which was established by Robert Bosch in Stuttgart in 1913. It is part of the strategic commitment of Bosch to continuously train and promote the development of local talent.Coverage
