Lambda sensor mini heated

Small bikes and high-performance bikes - Lambda sensor measures the oxygen content in the exhaust gas and helps in optimizing the air/fuel-ratio. The lambda sensor mini heated was developed specially for the needs of two-wheelers. The M12 thread and th꧋e optimum protection tube design allows compact installation,🎃 with optimized heater power for two-wheelers . The planned life time is about 100.000 km.

Lambda sensor

Small bikes and high-performance bikes - Lambda sensor reacts to an exhaust gas transition from lean to rich (and/or rich to 🧸lean) by an imme𝕴diate output signal jump. By measuring the oxygen content in the exhaust gas, the engine control unit gets relevant information to control the air/fuel-ratio in the combustion chamber.

Crankshaft speed sensor

Small bikes and high-performance bikes - The crankshaft 🐈speed sensor measures the speed, position, and, optionally, the direction of rot🌺ation of the crankshaft. This data is used by engine management systems for controlling injection and/or ignition timing. The sensor is a hall or inductive sensor. The crankshaft is fitted with a target wheel which the sensor scans using a non-contact method. The reference point is determined by a missing element in the pulse wheel. Due to its high accuracy, the crankshaft speed sensor helps reducing emissions and fuel consumption.

High-performance bikes - The knock sensor is mounted on the crankcase and measures🌠 the structure-borne noise using a piezoelectric sensing element. Knocking is detected with its typical frequencies and transformed by the sensor into electrical signals which are fed to the control unit. The knock sensor helps to reduce fuel consumption and, subsequently,🌌 CO2 emissions.

Temperature sensor

Small bikes and high-performance bikes - The temperature sensor measures t🍸he temperature of the coolant, oil or fuel. This information is used to improve cold-start capability and for engine cooling and protection. The temperature sensor helps controlling various functions, such as cold starting, for safer and more comfortable engine operation.

High-performance bikes - The electronic throttle body comprises an eleꦦctrically driven throttle body and a non-contacting angular-position sensor for position feedback. The electronic engine management system triggers the throttle body electrically. Trigger input variables are the accelerator grip position and the requirements of systems that can influence engine torque, including motorcycle stability control (MSC) system. The design of the electronic throttle body is optimized to meet weight and size requirements for two-wheeler applications.

Manifold air-pressure and temperature sensor

High-performance bikes - The manifold air-pressure and temperature sensor measures the pressure and air temperature in the intake manifold. The micro🐲mechanical sensor contains a piezoresistive sensor element which generates a measurable electrical voltage when pressure is applied. The air pressure can be measured via the voltage. The sensor ensures an optimized air-fuel mixtu💎re for more efficient combustion.
